ArchKey Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large technology construction projects across multiple locations in the United States. You will oversee estimating, design, scheduling, budgeting and client relations, ensuring quality, safety and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in electrical, project management, construction management, or related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of project management experience with full life cycle understanding.
• Experience with estimating systems and software; proficiency in Accubid, Revit, CAD, SKM, AGI, Navisworks or BIM may be required for divisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead one large project or multiple technology projects from start to finish including estimations, design, scheduling and client satisfaction.
• Manage project budgets, contracts, procurement and financial oversight while ensuring safety and OSHA compliance.
• Coordinate with owners, contractors, engineers, vendors and staff to meet project milestones and quality standards.
• Provide day-to-day direction to foremen and superintendents to monitor productivity and teamwork.
