Job summary

ArchKey Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large technology and low-voltage system projects from start to finish across multiple locations. You will manage budgets, scopes, schedules, and vendor relationships while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

The role requires experienced leadership, collaboration across teams, and the ability to travel to project sites to drive successful outcomes and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in electrical, project management, construction management, or related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of project management experience with full lifecycle oversight.
• Experience with estimating software; proficiency in Accubid, Revit, CAD, SKM, AGI, Navisworks or BIM systems.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, contracting, and safety knowledge per NEC standards.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to provide strategic input on objectives and decisions across the business unit.
• Direct all phases of each project to achieve quality and productivity within budgets.
• Communicate with subcontractors and designers on costs, staffing and scheduling.
• Procure materials and coordinate with purchasing to manage pricing and availability.
• Provide day-to-day direction to foremen and superintendents to meet goals and safety standards.
• Lead hiring, coaching, and team-building to grow staff capability.
• Create and manage annual budgets and align with company policies and procedures.
• Travel to project sites as required for project oversight.
