Job summary

ArchKey Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Construction Technologies to oversee large technology projects from initiation to completion. This travel-based role is based out of a national project site, with responsibilities spanning budgeting, design direction, and coordination across multiple teams.

You will lead project management staff, drive business development, manage contracts, and ensure client satisfaction while maintaining safety and quality standards on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in electrical, project management, construction management, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of project management experience; thorough understanding of the project life cycle.
• Experience with computerized estimating systems and software, preferably Accubid; familiarity with Revit, CAD, SKM, AGI, Navisworks, and BIM.
• Strong business analysis, budgeting, contracting, scheduling, and cost control skills.
• Knowledge of construction methods, NEC standards, and ability to read financial documents and bids.

Responsibilities

• Direct all phases of each project to achieve quality and productivity within approved budgets.
• Coordinate with owners, designers, contractors, and field staff to ensure project milestones are met.
• Prepare and manage project documents, estimates, schedules, and change orders.
• Lead hiring, coaching, and performance feedback for the project team.
• Ensure safety programs and OSHA requirements are followed and aligned with contract documents.
