Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead one large technology project or multiple projects across locations. You will handle estimating, design, scheduling, budgets, and client satisfaction, while coordinating with engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.

Travel to project sites is a requirement of this role. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in technology construction projects, strong leadership, and a track record of delivering high-quality outcomes while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in electrical, project management, construction management, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of project management experience with full life cycle oversight.
• Experience with estimating systems; proficiency with Accubid, Revit, CAD, SKM, AGI, Navisworks or BIM.
• Strong budgeting, contracting, scheduling, cost control and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of construction methods, NEC code and reading financial documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead one large project or multiple technology projects from start to finish.
• Oversee estimating, contract negotiations, design, scheduling, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Directly manage project team, budgets, and business development activities.
• Coordinate with owners, engineers, subcontractors and vendors; ensure OSHA compliance.
