Job summary

ArchKey Solutions seeks a Senior Project Manager, Construction Technologies, for a travel-based role leading national technology construction projects from initiation to closeout. You will manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and client communications while coordinating with design teams and field staff.

The ideal candidate has extensive technology construction project experience, strong leadership, and a proven track record in delivering complex systems on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in electrical, project management, construction management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of project management experience. Extensive project management training and skills.
• Experience with computerized estimating systems; proficiency using Accubid, Revit, CAD, SKM, AGI, Navisworks, and/or BIM.
• Strong business analysis, budgeting, and scheduling skills; ability to read financial documents and contracts.
• Knowledge of NEC standards and OSHA safety requirements; read plans, bids, and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead all project phases from bidding to closeout, ensuring quality and profitability.
• Coordinate with owners, contractors, designers, subcontractors, engineers, and field staff to meet milestones.
• Direct procurement, cost control, and project documentation including change orders and cost codes.
• Ensure safety programs and OSHA compliance across sites and teams.
• Mentor staff, manage communications, and support business development activities.
