Job summary

ArchKey Solutions seeks a Senior Project Manager for Construction Technologies to lead large technology projects nationwide. The role requires travel to project sites and a track record in delivering complex installations.

You will oversee estimating, contracts, design, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control, guiding PM staff and coordinating with owners, engineers, and subcontractors. Emphasis on safety and OSHA compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in electrical, project management, construction management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of project management experience with full lifecycle oversight.
• Experience with computerized estimating systems; proficiency in Accubid, Revit, CAD, SKM, AGI, Navisworks, and BIM.
• Strong budgeting, contracting, scheduling, and cost analysis skills; ability to drive solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic client engagements and ensure project objectives align with company goals.
• Direct all phases of each project from bid to closeout, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
• Coordinate with owners, contractors, designers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely communication and issue resolution.
• Manage procurement, cost control, and change orders; ensure safety and OSHA compliance.
• Provide hiring, coaching, and development for staff.
