Job summary

ArchKey Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead technology construction projects across multiple locations in the United States. You will oversee estimating, design, scheduling, budgets, client satisfaction, and team leadership to deliver high-quality results.

You will coordinate with engineers, designers, subcontractors, and field staff, require strong communication, strategic thinking, and travel as needed to support project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in electrical, project management, construction management, or related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of project management experience with full lifecycle oversight.
• Experience with estimating systems and software (Accubid preferred).
• Proficiency with BIM/CAD tools and related design software.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, budgeting, and scheduling skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct all phases of each project to achieve quality and productivity goals.
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, cost control, and change management.
• Coordinate with owners, contractors, designers, and staff to ensure alignment with contracts.
• Lead business development, project budgets, and client negotiations.
• Ensure safety programs and OSHA requirements are followed.
• Mentor project management team and manage staffing and training.
