Job summary

ArchKey Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large technology construction projects across multiple locations. You will manage estimating, design direction, budgets, scheduling, and client relations to deliver high-quality results.

The role requires extensive PM experience, strong communication, and the ability to travel as needed. You will work within a team focused on electrical, technologies, and specialty system installations across diverse sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in electrical, project management, construction management, or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of project management experience with full lifecycle understanding.
• Experience with estimating systems; familiarity with Accubid, Revit, CAD, SKM, AGI, Navisworks, or BIM is valued.
• Proven negotiating, budgeting, scheduling, contracting, and cost-control skills.
• Strong ability to read financial documents, bids, plans, drawings, and specs.

Responsibilities

• Lead one large project or multiple technology projects from inception to completion.
• Oversee estimating, contract negotiations, design direction, scheduling, budgeting, and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with owners, contractors, designers, and field staff to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
• Manage procurement, change orders, cost codes, and project documentation to support construction work.
• Direct project foremen/superintendents and ensure safety programs and OSHA compliance.
