Job summary

ArchKey Solutions seeks a Senior Project Manager to oversee one large technology project or multiple projects across diverse sites. You will lead estimating, contract negotiations, design, and quality control from start to finish, coordinating with owners, designers, and contractors while ensuring safety and budget adherence.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and communication skills, with travel to various project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in electrical, project management, construction management, or related field.
• 5–7 years of project management experience with full project lifecycle knowledge.
• Experience with computerized estimating systems; proficient in Accubid, Revit, CAD, SKM, AGI, Navisworks, and/or BIM.
• Strong business analysis, budgeting, contracting, scheduling, pricing, and risk management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead one large project or multiple technology projects from initiation to completion.
• Estimate, negotiate contracts, design, direct technical work, and ensure quality control.
• Schedule projects, manage budgets, and maintain client satisfaction and communication.
• Coordinate with owners, contractors, designers, and vendors to meet milestones.
• Provide day‑to‑day direction to foremen and ensure safety, plan adherence, and performance.
