Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC seeks a Senior Project Manager, Construction Technologies, to lead large technology projects across national sites. The role demands strategic input, business development, and oversight of budgets, schedules, and quality from start to finish.

You will coordinate with owners, designers, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring safety and compliance while guiding a skilled PM team. Travel is required for project sites nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in electrical, project management, construction management, or related field.
• 5–7 years of project management experience; strong lifecycle understanding.
• Experience with estimating systems; proficiency in Accubid, Revit, CAD, BIM tools.
• Strong negotiating, budgeting, scheduling, and cost-control skills.
• Knowledge of NEC, construction methods, safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic input and business development for projects.
• Direct all project phases: bidding, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
• Coordinate with owners, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage project budgets, cost codes, invoices, and closeout documentation.
• Lead and develop project team, coaching and mentoring staff.
