Job summary

ArchKey Solutions seeks a Senior Project Manager, Technologies to lead large or multiple technology projects on a nationwide travel basis. You’ll oversee estimating, design direction, budgeting, scheduling, contracts, and client satisfaction from start to finish.

You will direct a team of project professionals, coordinate with owners, designers, subcontractors, and engineers, ensure quality and safety, and drive business development aligned with company policies and OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in electrical, project management, construction management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of project management experience, with extensive training and skills in the project life cycle.
• Experience with computerized estimating systems; proficiency in Accubid; familiarity with Revit, CAD, SKM, AGI, Navisworks, and/or BIM.
• Trained in project management tools, budgeting, estimating, costing, contracting, scheduling, and cost control; strong analytical and communication skills.
• Knowledge of construction methods, OSHA standards, National Electric Code; ability to read financial docs and bids.
• Excellent communicator and collaborator with strong leadership, teamwork, and customer focus.
• Strong hiring, collaboration, and delegation skills; experience with collective bargaining agreements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to aid strategic objectives and business development.
• Direct all phases of each project to meet budget, schedule, and quality targets.
• Communicate with owners, contractors, designers, and clients to resolve issues.
• Procure materials and coordinate with purchasing to manage costs and schedules.
• Provide day-to-day direction to project foremen and ensure safety and QA standards.
