Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee one large technology project or multiple projects across various locations. You will handle estimating, contract negotiations, design direction, scheduling, financial oversight, and client satisfaction.

Travel is a required aspect of the role. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in technology construction projects, personnel leadership, and a solid knowledge of safety standards and OSHA regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in electrical, project management, construction management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of project management experience with full lifecycle understanding.
• Experience with computerized estimating systems; proficiency in Accubid, Revit, CAD, SKM, AGI, Navisworks or BIM may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead one large project or multiple technology projects from start to finish including estimating, contract negotiations, design, and scheduling.
• Manage team of PM staff; oversee budgets, contracts, and business development in line with company policies.
• Coordinate with owners, contractors, designers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and project profitability.
