Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Senior Technical Sales Engineer to provide complex presales support, translate customer needs into technical solutions, and collaborate with engineering and sales teams across regions.

You will lead technical proposals, support tenders, and present applications to customers while developing deep knowledge of Vertiv products and market trends. This role requires an engineering background, strong communication, and willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in offering, engineering, pre-sales or product marketing.
• Strong understanding of customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide complex presales technical support by reviewing RFx and identifying customer requirements.
• Coordinate with factory engineering for technical requests.
• Design and deliver innovative solutions to create competitive advantages.
• Manage relationships between Sales, Engineering and other Vertiv teams.
• Create and deliver product and application presentations for customers.
