Qualifications

• 8+ years of recruiting for technical roles, with closing top engineering talent.
• Experience hiring in robotics (computer vision, localization, mapping, etc.).
• 4+ years in client interactions with Hiring Managers and Directors.
• Consultative guidance improving outcomes and candidate experience.
• Strong knowledge of engineering skill requirements.
• Clear, proactive communication with candidates.
• Experience managing multiple candidate funnels and pipeline tracking.
• Familiar with ATS systems and HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Source, track, and maintain a high volume of candidates with open communication.
• Partner with business leaders to align talent strategy with hires.
• Scale growth through cross-functional collaboration and consistent operating rhythm.
• Embed in teams to understand product, roadmap, and culture.
• Pitch opportunities to candidates and close exceptional talent.
• Analyze pipeline data to derive insights and momentum.
• Build recruiting strategies, leverage referrals and process improvements.
• Use prospecting tools and techniques for information retrieval and candidate management.
• Conduct interviews and adapt to hiring manager preferences.
• Engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Boolean strings.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
