Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Technical Recruiter or Sourcer to drive software hiring in the Air Dominance and Strike division. This hybrid role can be onsite in Costa Mesa, Seattle, Washington, D.C., Boston, or remote, open to contract with potential conversion.

You will act as a trusted advisor, shaping strategy, and leveraging tools like Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter to engage candidates and conduct initial interviews. Strong data storytelling and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years in talent acquisition, preferably executive search.
• Ability to convey complex information in simple terms and drive a data-driven narrative.
• Leadership in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with strategic stakeholder alignment.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and ability to influence organizational best practices.
• Deep knowledge of recruitment technology and a passion for innovating processes to achieve TA goals.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted talent advisor for complex hiring projects across the division.
• Develop and optimize recruiting strategies using prospecting techniques, tools, and automation to improve candidate management and data extraction.
• Collaborate with the talent acquisition team, hiring managers, and leadership to shape recruitment strategy and drive process improvements.
• Advise on workforce planning through regular strategic updates and business reviews.
• Engage passive candidates using tools like Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and email, and conduct initial interviews.
• Build talent maps and use market intelligence to adapt strategies to competitors and trends.
• Represent Anduril’s brand and sell our value proposition internally and externally.
• Elevate recruitment best practices to ensure high-quality candidate experience and efficient processes.
