Job summary

Anduril Industries is hiring for a Talent Acquisition professional to own full-cycle recruitment for logistics, supply chain, production, and manufacturing engineering roles. This on-site/hybrid role in Costa Mesa will involve building talent maps, driving hiring strategy, and delivering a top-tier candidate experience.

The 6-month contract offers potential extension up to 18 months and possible conversion based on performance and business need.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience as a high-volume full-cycle recruiter evaluating and hiring top tier talent.
• 1-2 sentence leadership experience with senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Experience recruiting at an agency and fast-paced startup for Logistics, Supply Chain, Production, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Onsite/hybrid work in Costa Mesa, CA.

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert in prospecting techniques and tools used for information retrieval, data extraction, web-scraping, automation, and candidate management.
• Own and drive hiring strategy full-cycle with clear communication and reporting.
• Conduct a high volume of interviews and influence hiring manager preferences.
• Engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, referrals and SOBO campaigns.
• Build talent maps to generate market insights for engagement strategy.
• Drive diverse talent into the organization and ensure positive candidate experiences.
• Represent the company brand and recruiting team at the highest caliber.
