Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Technical Recruiter or Sourcer to drive software hiring for the Air Dominance and Strike division in a hybrid role. Hybrid onsite in Costa Mesa, CA, Seattle, DC, Boston, or remote; contract with conversion eligibility.

You will act as a trusted talent advisor for complex projects, shaping recruitment strategy, leveraging Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and email to engage candidates and conduct initial interviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in talent acquisition, including complex hiring.
• Ability to convey complex information clearly and drive data-driven narratives.
• Proven leadership in fast-paced environments with stakeholder alignment.
• Strong collaboration across functions and familiarity with recruitment tech.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Operate autonomously as a trusted talent advisor for complex hiring projects.
• Develop and optimize recruiting strategies with tools and automation.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, leadership, and TA teams to shape strategy.
• Advise on workforce planning through strategic updates and reviews.
• Engage passive candidates using Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and email.
• Build talent maps and monitor market trends to adapt hiring approaches.
