Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to partner with multiple drone teams and recruit software engineers with robotics experience. This hybrid role is based in Costa Mesa, CA or Seattle, WA with a three-day in-office expectation.

You will source, engage, and close top engineering talent, build strong relationships with leaders, and drive data-driven sourcing strategies across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience recruiting for technical roles and closing top engineering talent.
• Experience hiring candidates in robotics domains (CV, perception, motion planning, mapping).
• 4+ years of client interaction with Hiring Managers and Directors.
• Consultative recruiting approach with stakeholder trust.
• Strong understanding of engineering roles and required skills.
• Clear, effective candidate communication to understand motivation and fit.
• Experience managing multiple candidate funnels and pipeline progress.
• Working knowledge of ATS and HRIS systems.
• Familiarity with diverse sourcing channels.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing, tracking and maintaining a high-volume candidate flow with stakeholders.
• Partner with leaders to shape talent strategy and hiring deliverables.
• Scale growth with cross-functional collaboration and structured processes.
• Embed with teams to understand product, roadmap, and culture.
• Pitch roles effectively, closing high-potential technical talent.
• Analyze pipeline data to drive data-driven recruiting decisions.
• Develop long-range recruiting strategies and improve referrals.
• Act as SME in information retrieval, data extraction, and candidate management.
• Conduct interviews and align with hiring manager preferences.
