Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Senior Technical Recruiter to lead recruiting efforts for software engineers with robotics domain experience. You will own candidate sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder collaboration across multiple drone teams in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

You will partner with engineering leaders to understand roadmap needs, develop scalable sourcing strategies, and build a world-class technical team while maintaining a strong candidate experience and timely communication.

Qualifications

• 8+ years recruiting and sourcing for technical roles and closing top engineering talent.
• Experience hiring candidates within robotics (e.g., computer vision, perception, motion planning).
• 4+ years of client interaction with Hiring Managers and Directors, reviewing profiles and updating pipelines.
• Experience acting in a consultative manner to improve outcomes and candidate experience.
• Strong understanding of engineering skills and roles within the business.
• Experience managing multiple candidate funnels and tracking progress.

Responsibilities

• Move fast with a scalable process for sourcing and tracking a high volume of candidates.
• Partner with business leaders to influence talent strategy and execute hiring deliverables.
• Build trust with cross-functional stakeholders to scale company growth.
• Embed with teams to understand product, roadmap, and culture.
• Pitch teams and opportunities to close exceptional technical talent.
• Track pipeline and performance data to drive insights and momentum.
• Develop recruiting strategies and improve referrals and processes.
• Be a subject matter expert in sourcing techniques, data extraction, and automation.
• Conduct interviews and tailor approach to hiring manager preferences.
• Engage passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and Boolean campaigns.
