Job summary

Anduril is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to join the software recruiting team responsible for building talent for robotics and software engineers. You will collaborate with drone teams and leaders to understand needs and execute hiring plans in a fast-paced environment.

Hybrid role based out of Costa Mesa, CA or Seattle, WA with an in-office expectation of 3 days per week. You will own end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to offer, while maintaining a strong candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years recruiting and sourcing for technical roles and closing top-tier engineering talent.
• Experience hiring candidates in robotics domains (computer vision, perception, motion planning, localization, mapping).
• 4+ years of client interaction with Hiring Managers and Directors and pipeline management.
• Consultative guidance improving outcomes and candidate experience.
• Strong understanding of engineering roles and required skills.

Responsibilities

• Move fast with sourcing, tracking and communicating with stakeholders on high volumes of candidates.
• Partner with business leaders to influence talent strategy and hiring deliverables.
• Build trust and scale growth with cross-functional stakeholders and effective rhythm.
• Embed into product teams to understand roadmap, culture and team needs.
• Pitch teams and opportunities to close exceptional technical talent.
• Track pipeline data and translate insights into data-driven momentum.
• Develop recruiting strategies and optimize referrals and processes.
• Act as SME in prospecting techniques, info retrieval and candidate management.
• Conduct interviews and anticipate hiring manager preferences for strong offers.
