AeroVect Technologies Inc. in South San Francisco is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to build a world-class team across autonomy, robotics and hardware talent.

You will partner with founders and engineering leaders, develop sourcing strategies, and deliver a strong pipeline of candidates while ensuring a superior candidate experience. This role suits a proactive recruiter experienced with fast-growing startups and modern ATS like Ashby, Greenhouse or Lever.

Competenze

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong emphasis on sourcing and finding creative ways to attract talent.
• A proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting technical talent (robotics, autonomy, hardware).
• Experience with Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or other ATS.
• Experience with fast growing and quick scaling start-ups.
