AeroVect, a Series A company redefining ground handling with autonomy, is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to build a world-class team as we scale to major airports. Based in New York, you will own sourcing for autonomy, robotics and hardware roles and partner with founders and engineering leaders.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of recruiting, a proven track record sourcing technical talent, experience with ATS such as Ashby, Greenhouse or Lever, and comfort in fast-growing startups.

• Partner with founders, engineering leaders, and a principal recruiter to align hiring objectives
• Consistently generate a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates
• Deliver a high-quality and holistic candidate experience
• Use innovative sourcing techniques to attract top talent
