Job summary

AeroVect is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to help build a world-class team as we scale in the autonomy, robotics and hardware space. You will source top talent, partner with founders and engineering leaders, and create a strong candidate experience.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in recruiting with a track record in technical talent sourcing for robotics/autonomy hardware, plus hands-on ATS experience in fast-growing startups.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience with emphasis on sourcing and attracting talent
• Proven track record of sourcing and recruiting technical talent (robotics, autonomy, hardware)
• Experience with ATS such as Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever or equivalent
• Experience with fast-growing, scaling startups

Responsibilities

• Source top talent for AeroVect in a highly competitive market
• Partner with founders, engineering leaders and principal recruiter to align hiring objectives and sourcing strategies
• Consistently generate a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates
• Contribute to delivering a high-quality candidate experience
• Use innovative sourcing techniques (networking, events, marketing) to attract top talent
