AeroVect in the United States is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to scale our team, focusing on autonomy, robotics and hardware talent. You will partner with founders and engineering leaders to align hiring objectives with our growth plans.

You will source top talent in a competitive market, build a robust pipeline, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience. You’ll employ innovative sourcing techniques across events and marketing to attract world-class candidates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience
• Proven track record of sourcing technical talent (robotics, autonomy, hardware)
• Experience with ATS (Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever)
• Experience with fast-growing startups

Responsibilities

• Source top talent for AeroVect in a highly competitive market.
• Partner closely with AeroVect’s founders, engineering leaders, and principal recruiter to understand hiring objectives and align sourcing strategies.
• Consistently generate a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates
• Contribute to delivering a high-quality and holistic candidate experience.
• Use innovative sourcing techniques to attract top talent (e.g. networking, events, marketing, etc.).
