AeroVect Technologies Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to help build a world-class team for autonomy, robotics, and hardware talent as we scale to some of the world's largest airports.

You will source top talent, partner with founders and engineering leaders, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience using ATS tools like Ashby, Greenhouse or Lever. The role requires 5+ years of recruiting experience and a passion for fast-growing hardware startups.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience with emphasis on sourcing and creative talent attraction.
• Proven track record recruiting technical talent in robotics, autonomy, hardware.
• Experience with Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever or similar ATS.
• Experience with fast-growing startups.

Responsibilities

• Source top talent for AeroVect in a highly competitive market.
• Partner with founders, engineering leaders, and principal recruiter to understand hiring objectives and align sourcing strategies.
• Consistently generate a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates.
• Contribute to delivering a high-quality and holistic candidate experience.
• Use innovative sourcing techniques to attract top talent (e.g. networking, events, marketing).
