You will source top talent, collaborate with the founders and engineering leaders, and maintain a robust pipeline while delivering an exceptional candidate experience using innovative sourcing methods such as networking, events, and targeted marketing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience with emphasis on sourcing and attracting talent.
• Proven track record of sourcing technical talent in robotics, autonomy, or hardware.
• Experience with fast-growing startups and scaling teams.
