Job summary

Praxent in the United States is seeking a Senior Recruiter to own our hardest US technical requisitions and set the standard for how the team reaches the market. You’ll manage a full portfolio from intake to offer, and craft outreach that earns replies, writing all sequences in Greenhouse.

This is a remote position supporting candidates nationwide. You will use AI-native tools to source, screen and draft outreach, move quickly with a 35-day time-to-hire, and collaborate with VPs and practice

Qualifications

• Five or more years recruiting technical roles end to end in the US market.
• Demonstrable ability to write outreach, candidate communication and executive updates that are ready to send without revision.
• Ability to read conversion and funnel data and turn it into a defensible decision.

Responsibilities

• Own a full portfolio of US senior technical requisitions from intake through offer.
• Write every outreach sequence and build campaigns in Greenhouse.
• Develop and defend multi-channel sourcing strategies.
• Coach interviewers to ensure complete scorecards and evidence-based decisions.
• Partner with VPs and practice leads on intake and calibration.
