Praxent is hiring a Senior Recruiter for US-based, technically focused roles. This remote position focuses on senior and principal engineering hires across the US market, aiming to hire within 35 days while preserving candidate quality.

You will own outreach, craft compelling sequences, and build campaigns in Greenhouse. You will coach interviewers, partner with VPs, and lead AI-assisted sourcing and drafting with rigorous review.

Qualifikationen

• Five or more years recruiting technical roles end to end, including senior and principal level engineering hires in the US market.
• Demonstrable ability to write outreach, candidate communication and executive updates that are ready to send without revision.
• Fluency with LinkedIn Recruiter, multi-channel sequencing, and the judgment to know which channel earns its place in a flow.
• Hands-on Greenhouse experience, including CRM campaigns, prospect pools, scorecards and reporting.
• Comfort running intake, calibration and difficult conversations with executives and practice leaders.
• Ability to read conversion and funnel data and turn it into a decision you can defend.
