Job summary

Praxent is hiring a Senior Recruiter to own US technical requisitions, from intake to offer, within a remote setup. You will craft outreach content, build campaigns in Greenhouse, and defend channel choices with data.

You will coach interviewers to improve scorecards and drive fast, quality hires across our AI-forward practice areas. You will collaborate with VPs and practice leads, run intake calibrations, and leverage AI tools to source, screen, and draft while ensuring every word meets our

Qualifications

• Five or more years recruiting technical roles end to end, including senior and principal level engineering hires in the US market.
• Demonstrable ability to write outreach, candidate communication and executive updates that are ready to send without revision.
• Fluency with multi-channel sequencing and the judgment to know which channel earns its place.
• Hands-on Greenhouse experience, including CRM campaigns, prospect pools, scorecards and reporting.
• Comfort running intake, calibration and difficult conversations with executives and practice leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own a full portfolio of US senior technical requisitions from hiring manager intake through offer, holding time-to-hire under 35 days.
• Write every sequence this team sends and build the campaigns in Greenhouse.
• Review the team's candidate and stakeholder communication before it goes out, and coach interviewers to ensure complete scorecards.
• Partner with VPs and practice leads to run intake and calibration; make decisions and explain them.
• Use AI-native tooling to source, screen, draft, and verify every word before it reaches a candidate.
