Job summary

Praxent is seeking a Senior Recruiter to own our hardest US technical requisitions and set the standard for outreach quality. The role is forward deployed, requiring a strong written craft and the ability to manage a portfolio of senior AI engineers, technical directors, and delivery leaders.

You will work remotely across the US, partner with VPs and practice leads, and leverage AI-native tools to improve sourcing, screening, and candidate communications.

Qualifications

• Five or more years recruiting technical roles end to end in the US market.
• Ability to write outreach and executive updates ready to send without revision.
• Fluency with LinkedIn Recruiter, multi-channel sequencing, and the judgment to know which channel earns its place.

Responsibilities

• Fill a full portfolio of US senior technical requisitions through intake to offer, keeping time-to-hire under 35 days.
• Own outreach; write sequences and build campaigns in Greenhouse with defensible channel choices.
• Raise the bar by reviewing candidate and stakeholder communications before sending.
• Partner with hiring managers; run intake and calibration with VPs and practice leads.
• Use AI-native tooling to source, screen, and draft; verify every word before candidates see it.
