Job summary

Praxent, a US-based software consultancy, is hiring a Senior Recruiter to own our hardest US technical requisitions and set the standard for outreach and candidate quality. You will manage a full portfolio from intake to offer, write every sequence, build campaigns in Greenhouse, and coach interviewers to win the best engineers.

This is a remote role supporting nationwide hiring; the US base salary range is $104,546–$117,039 annually, with benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years recruiting technical roles end-to-end in the US market.
• Demonstrable ability to write outreach and executive updates ready to send.
• Fluency with LinkedIn Recruiter and multi-channel sequencing.
• Hands-on Greenhouse experience with CRM campaigns and scorecards.
• Comfort running intake, calibration with executives and practice leaders.
• Ability to read conversion and funnel data and turn it into a defendable decision.

Responsibilities

• Own a full portfolio of US senior technical requisitions from intake to offer.
• Write sequences and build campaigns in Greenhouse; select channels based on data.
• Review candidate and stakeholder communications for quality and consistency.
• Run intake and calibration with VPs and practice leads; own decisions and communicate actions.
• Leverage AI tools for sourcing, screening, and drafting with careful validation.
