Job summary

Praxent is seeking a Senior Recruiter to own our hardest US technical requisitions and set the standard for how this team reaches the market. You will manage a full portfolio against a tight 35-day time-to-hire and craft outreach that earns responses from senior engineers.

You’ll write sequences, build campaigns in Greenhouse, and defend channel choices with data. The role emphasizes coaching interviewers, stakeholder alignment, and AI-assisted sourcing while maintaining high-quality hiring

Qualifications

• Five or more years recruiting technical roles end to end, including senior and principal level engineering hires in the US market.
• Demonstrable ability to write outreach and executive updates ready to send without revision.
• Fluency with multi-channel sequencing and the judgment to allocate channels effectively.

Responsibilities

• Own US senior technical requisitions from intake through offer, maintaining time-to-hire under 35 days.
• Write outreach sequences and build campaigns in Greenhouse; defend channel choices with data.
• Review candidate and stakeholder communications; coach interviewers to ensure complete scorecards.
• Partner with VPs and practice leads; communicate decisions clearly and transparently.
• Leverage AI tools for sourcing, screening, and drafting while ensuring accuracy before reaching candidates.
