Praxent in the United States is seeking a Senior Recruiter to own our hardest US technical requisitions and set the standard for outreach and process. You will carry a full portfolio and write the outreach that gets senior engineers to reply, all while maintaining high quality.

You’ll work with AI-native tooling, coach interviewers, and partner with VPs and practice leads to move fast with evidence-based decisions.

Qualifikationen

• Five+ years recruiting technical roles end to end in the US market.
• Demonstrable ability to write outreach and executive updates ready to send without revision.
• Fluency with multi-channel sequencing and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Hands-on Greenhouse experience, CRM campaigns, scorecards and reporting.
• Comfort running intake, calibration and difficult conversations with executives and practice leaders.
• Ability to read conversion and funnel data and defend decisions.

• Fill the Roles: Own a full portfolio of US senior technical requisitions with fast time-to-hire while preserving slate quality.
• Own the Outreach: Write every sequence and build campaigns in Greenhouse; defend channel choices.
• Raise the Bar: Review candidate and stakeholder communication and coach interviewers for evidence-based decisions.
• Partner with Hiring Managers: Run intake and calibration with VPs and practice leads and own decisions.
• Use AI-Native Tooling: Leverage AI for sourcing, screening, and drafting with quality control.
