Formación

• Five or more years recruiting technical roles end to end in the US market.
• Demonstrable ability to write outreach, candidate communication, and executive updates ready to send without revision.
• Fluency with multi-channel sequencing and the judgment to choose channels with high conversion.

Responsabilidades

• Fill the Roles: Own a full portfolio of US senior technical requisitions from intake to offer, with time-to-hire under 35 days.
• Own the Outreach: Write sequences and build campaigns in Greenhouse; defend channel choices.
• Raise the Bar: Review all candidate and stakeholder communications for quality and consistency; coach interviewers.
• Partner with Hiring Managers: Run intake/calibration with VPs and practice leads; own decisions and rationale.
• Use AI-Native Tooling: Leverage AI in sourcing, screening, and drafting with careful verification.
