Job summary

Praxent in the United States is seeking a Senior Recruiter to own our hardest US technical requisitions, including applied AI engineers, technical directors, and delivery leaders. You’ll manage a full portfolio with a 35-day time-to-hire and craft outreach that earns replies.

You’ll write outreach sequences, build campaigns in Greenhouse, and defend channel choices using hiring-data. You’ll partner with VPs, coach interviewers, and leverage AI-native tooling to source and screen while ensuring

Qualifications

• Five or more years recruiting technical roles end to end, including senior and principal level engineering hires in the US market.
• Demonstrable ability to write outreach, candidate communication and executive updates ready to send without revision.
• Fluency with LinkedIn Recruiter, multi-channel sequencing, and the judgment to know which channel earns its place in a flow.
• Hands-on Greenhouse experience, including CRM campaigns, prospect pools, scorecards and reporting.
• Ability to read conversion and funnel data and defend decisions with evidence.

Responsibilities

• Fill a full portfolio of US senior technical requisitions from hiring manager intake through offer, keeping time-to-hire under 35 days.
• Write every outreach sequence and build campaigns in Greenhouse; defend channel choices with data.
• Review candidate and stakeholder communications before sending, coaching interviewers to ensure complete scorecards.
• Run intake and calibration with VPs and practice leads; make decisions and explain actions.
• Use AI-native tooling to source, screen, and draft outreach, and verify every word before it reaches a candidate.
