Job summary

Praxent is hiring a Senior Recruiter to own US technical requisitions, delivering fast time-to-hire while upholding quality. This remote role concentrates on senior AI engineers, technical directors, and delivery leaders within Praxent’s AI-forward practices.

You will craft outreach sequences, defend your channel choices with data, and coach interviewers to ensure complete scorecards. Expect collaboration with VPs and practice leads, leveraging AI tools to move efficiently.

Qualifications

• Five or more years recruiting technical roles end to end, including senior and principal level engineering hires in the US market.
• Demonstrable ability to write outreach, candidate communication and executive updates that are ready to send without revision.
• Fluency with LinkedIn Recruiter, multi-channel sequencing, and the judgment to know which channel earns its place in a flow.
• Hands-on Greenhouse experience, including CRM campaigns, prospect pools, scorecards and reporting.
• Comfort running intake, calibration and difficult conversations with executives and practice leaders.
• Ability to read conversion and funnel data and turn it into a decision you can defend.

Responsibilities

• Fill a full portfolio of US senior technical requisitions from hiring manager intake through offer, maintaining time-to-hire under 35 days.
• Write every sequence this team sends and build campaigns in Greenhouse; defend channel choices with data.
• Review the team’s candidate and stakeholder communication before it goes out, ensuring high-quality outreach.
• Partner with VPs and practice leads; make decisions and explain them clearly to stakeholders.
• Use AI-native tooling to source, screen and draft, verify every word before it reaches a candidate.
