Job summary
Allegion seeks a Senior Technical Delivery Lead to drive delivery of complex IT solutions for Order Management product teams. This player-coach role connects engineering execution, Agile delivery and technical program management, guiding teams from requirements to release while maintaining quality and accountability.
The role involves Scrum leadership, collaboration with product owners and stakeholders, and managing release activities with production deployments as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or related field.
- 7+ years of experience leading technical delivery or as a Scrum Master/technical PM.
- Proven experience delivering robust, high-scale systems and driving teams to deliver.
- Experience managing Agile software delivery, backlog management and sprint planning.
- Strong communication skills with both business and technical audiences.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of technical solutions for IT product teams.
- Lead Scrum ceremonies and champion Agile best practices.
- Coordinate across IT teams and delivery partners on scope and plans.
- Translate business requirements into technical user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Track risks, issues, and blockers; ensure on-time releases and quality.
