Job summary

Allegion is seeking a Technical Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of complex IT solutions within Order Management teams, bridging engineering, Agile delivery, and technical program management. You will own delivery from requirements through release and guide teams toward high quality outcomes.

You will champion AI-native workflows, collaborate with product owners, and coordinate across IT teams and business stakeholders to align scope, dependencies, and technical approaches while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in technical delivery or as a Scrum Master/technical project manager.
• Experience in Agile software delivery, including backlog management and sprint planning.
• Excellent communication across business and technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technical solutions from requirements through release.
• Champion AI-native ways of working in daily engineering workflows.
• Define, prioritize, and refine the product backlog with stakeholders.
• Lead Scrum ceremonies and Agile practices as the team’s Scrum Master.
• Coordinate cross-team scope and dependencies for delivery initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into technical user stories for the development team.
• Oversee release activities and production deployments.
• Provide production support oversight and triage of issues.
