Job summary

Allegion is seeking a Senior Technical Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of complex technical solutions within Order Management product teams. The role blends player-coach leadership with hands-on guidance, enabling Agile practices, delivering on time and with high quality.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of delivery leadership, strong communication across tech and business stakeholders, and experience with enterprise applications and AI-assisted workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience leading technical delivery or as a Scrum Master/PM.
• Ability to drive delivery of robust, high-scale systems and challenge engineers.
• Experience coordinating release management and production support processes.
• Strong cross-functional influence and ability to align teams across product, engineering and operations.
• Experience with enterprise business applications or order management platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of technical solutions from requirements through release across IT product teams.
• Champion AI-native ways of working and integrate AI tools in engineering workflows.
• Define, prioritize, and refine the product backlog with stakeholders and PO
• Lead Scrum ceremonies and promote Agile best practices as Scrum Master.
• Coordinate cross-team delivery plans, dependencies, and technical approaches.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical requirements and user stories.
• Track progress, risks, and issues; resolve blockers and escalate when needed.
• Oversee test planning and release activities; support production deployments outside business hours.
