Job summary

Allegion is seeking a Technical Delivery Lead in the United States to drive end-to-end delivery of complex IT solutions within Order Management product teams. The role blends engineering execution with Agile program management and requires partnering with product owners, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to ensure on-time, within-scope, high-quality releases.

The position embraces a hybrid work model, combining in-person collaboration with remote work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in technical delivery or as a Scrum Master/technical PM
• Ability to drive delivery of robust, high-scale systems and to challenge engineers to think bigger
• Experience in Agile software delivery, including backlog management and sprint planning
• Strong communication skills; able to convey complex ideas to business and technical audiences
• Experience coordinating release management and production support processes
• Excellent cross-functional influencer, comfortable in fast-paced environments
• Ability to scope, schedule, and resource multiple complex projects with cross-functional partners

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technical solutions across one or more IT product teams.
• Champion AI-native ways of working; promote responsible AI in daily engineering workflows.
• Define, prioritize, and refine the product backlog with stakeholders.
• Lead Scrum ceremonies and act as Scrum Master.
• Coordinate cross-team scope, dependencies, and technical approaches.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical requirements and user stories.
• Track delivery progress, risks, and blockers; escalate when needed.
• Oversee test planning and release activities; ensure quality before release.
• Provide production support oversight and triage for tickets.
• Report delivery metrics and risks to leadership.
• Serve as a technical escalation point for complex issues.
