Job summary

Allegion is seeking a Technical Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of complex IT solutions across one or more product teams. You will connect engineering execution, Agile delivery, and technical program management, guiding teams from requirements through release.

The role requires Scrum Master capabilities, cross-functional collaboration with product owners and stakeholders, and a focus on quality, release readiness, and continuous improvement in delivery practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in technical delivery or as a Scrum Master/technical project manager.
• Experience in Agile software delivery, backlog management and sprint planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technical solutions across IT product teams.
• Champion AI-native ways of working and responsible AI in engineering workflows.
• Define, prioritize, and refine the product backlog with stakeholders.
• Lead Scrum ceremonies and promote Agile best practices.
• Coordinate across IT teams and delivery partners for cross-team initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into technical requirements and user stories.
• Track delivery progress and unblock blockers; manage risks and issues.
• Oversee test planning and release activities; coordinate deployments as needed.
• Provide production support oversight and triage tickets.
• Report delivery status and risks to stakeholders.
