Legence is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager who leads by building, coding in the stack, and guiding a team of engineers toward reliable, scalable solutions.

You’ll partner with stakeholders to translate business goals into prototypes and production code, driving AI-enabled features while maintaining enterprise standards and security. This is a senior hands-on leadership role with mentoring responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years building software with hands-on coding in multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong programming in at least one modern language; able to design and ship production systems.
• Experience with AI-driven software development and enterprise integrations.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship for enterprise-grade systems while leading a team.
• Architect and implement solutions; own decisions on build-vs-buy and tooling.
• Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and promote quality and testing.
• Lead AI-driven development and integrate LLM APIs into products.
