Job summary

Legence is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager who leads by building. This role blends hands-on coding with team leadership, shaping solutions, reviews, and shipping features.

You’ll work across AI-driven development and enterprise systems, guiding delivery while staying deeply involved in the codebase. You’ll translate business goals into working prototypes for executives and stakeholders, ensure secure scalable integrations with ERP/CRM, cloud platforms, and data pipelines, and mentor

Qualifications

• 7+ years building software with hands-on coding.
• Proficient in at least one modern language (Python, C#, TS/JS, Java).
• Experience with AI-driven software development and LLM APIs.
• Experience with enterprise systems integration and cloud platforms.
• Proven leadership of an engineering team.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent with modern engineering practices: CI/CD, DevOps, testing, iterative delivery.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship production code across services and integrations.
• Own technical decisions: architecture, build-vs-buy, tooling, integration approach.
• Lead code reviews, mentoring, and raise engineering standards.
• Lead AI-driven development and integrate AI tools into products.
• Ensure integration with ERP/CRM, identity, data platforms, cloud infra, security, scalability.
• Engage stakeholders with prototypes and demos to translate goals.
• Drive end-to-end delivery with measurable outcomes.
