Job summary

Allegion is seeking a Technical Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of complex IT solutions within Order Management. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, partner with product owners and engineers, and champion AI-native practices to improve quality and speed.

Hybrid work model with cross-team collaboration and production deployments outside business hours as needed. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in technical delivery or as a Scrum Master, plus experience with Agile

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in technical delivery or as a Scrum Master/technical project manager.
• Experience in Agile software delivery, including backlog management and sprint planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technical solutions for IT product teams.
• Champion AI-native ways of working in engineering workflows.
• Define, prioritize, and refine the product backlog with stakeholders.
• Lead Scrum ceremonies and act as the team’s Scrum Master.
• Coordinate cross-team delivery and align on scope and technical approach.
• Translate business requirements into technical requirements and user stories.
• Track delivery progress, risks, and issues; resolve blockers.
• Oversee test planning and release activities; coordinate deployments.
• Provide production support oversight and report delivery metrics.
