Red Hat, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to provide enterprise-level support for Red Hat Enterprise Linux in the East US region.

This remote role focuses on guiding key customers, delivering strategic value, and aligning with engineering and product teams to resolve complex issues. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in related roles, strong Linux experience, and excellent communication skills.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in support, development, engineering, IT, or QA roles.
• Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux including installation, patch management, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with configuration management, deployment, and infrastructure orchestration technologies.
• Ability to manage and grow customer relationships through proactive, relationship-based support.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey complex information clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary customer advocate, coordinating across teams.
• Deliver portfolio updates and assist customers with upgrades and implementation.
• Learn new technologies quickly, including container orchestration and automation.
• Specialize in Red Hat Enterprise Linux and provide expert guidance.
• Conduct technical reviews to identify and prevent issues, sharing knowledge across teams.
• Understand the customer’s technical environments, hardware, and product usage.
• Respond to support requests via multiple channels and manage customer expectations.
• Provide strategic guidance on Red Hat products and solutions.
• Maintain and grow customer relationships with attentive service.
• Collaborate with engineering, R&D, product management, and support teams.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for issue resolution.
• Visit customer sites as needed to ensure exceptional service.
