Job summary

Red Hat's Technical Account Management team is looking for an enterprise-level engineer to join remotely in the East region of the United States as a Senior Technical Account Manager. You will provide technical and architectural guidance for the Red Hat Enterprise Linux Platform and learn security concepts as needed.

You will build strong customer relationships, collaborate with engineering and product teams, create technical documentation, and help customers adopt Red Hat technologies through

Qualifications

• 5+ years in support, development, engineering, IT, or QA.
• Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux including installation, patching, performance tuning and troubleshooting.
• Bachelor's degree in a technology-related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer advocate and facilitate cross-team collaboration.
• Deliver Red Hat portfolio roadmap updates and assist with upgrades and implementations.
• Learn new technologies rapidly, including container orchestration, registries, and automation environments.
• Specialize in Red Hat Enterprise Linux and advise on its deployment.
• Respond to support requests via multiple channels and communicate status clearly.
• Develop technical documentation and maintain customer relationship records.
• Visit customer sites as needed to ensure exceptional service experience.
