Red Hat’s Technical Account Management team seeks an enterprise engineer for the East US region. As a Senior Technical Account Manager, you’ll guide key customers on Red Hat Enterprise Linux with architectural insight and proactive support.

You’ll collaborate with product and engineering teams to resolve issues and share best practices. You’ll build strong relationships, communicate clearly, and adapt to evolving technologies, including containers and automation, while delivering high-value,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a support, development, IT, or QA role.
• Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux: installation, patching, tuning, troubleshooting.
• Experience with configuration management, deployment, and orchestration tech.
• Strong communication, ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple issues and projects.
• Bachelor's degree in a tech discipline; CS/engineering advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Be the primary customer advocate and coordinate across teams.
• Deliver portfolio roadmap updates and assist with upgrades.
• Learn new technologies, including containers, registries, microservices, automation.
• Specialize in Red Hat Enterprise Linux and its implementation.
• Perform technical reviews to identify and prevent issues.
• Understand customer environments, hardware, and product usage.
• Respond to support requests via online, phone, video, chat, etc.
• Provide strategic guidance on Red Hat products and solutions.
• Manage cases with clear documentation and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with engineering, R&D, product management, and support teams.
• Create and maintain technical knowledge base articles.
• Grow customer relationships through proactive, relationship-based support.
• Visit customer sites as needed to ensure exceptional service.
