Job summary

You will guide enterprise customers in Red Hat Enterprise Linux deployments, upgrades, and performance tuning, acting as their advocate across engineering and product teams. Qualifications

• 5+ years in a support, development, engineering, IT, or QA role.
• Strong experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux and system upgrades.
• Experience with infrastructure orchestration and deployment tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary customer advocate and coordinate across teams.
• Provide technical guidance on RHEL implementation and upgrades.
• Investigate issues via multiple channels and document resolutions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for issue resolution.
• Build and grow customer relationships through proactive support.
