Nutanix is seeking a proactive Technical Account Manager in the United States who combines customer success with deep technical expertise in virtualization, hybrid cloud, storage, and networking. You will act as a technical advisor, advocate for customers, and collaborate with Support, Services, Education, and Sales to accelerate value from Nutanix investments.

This role includes leading health checks, architectural reviews, proactive lifecycle planning, and guiding customers through upgrades

Qualifications

8+ years in technical customer-facing roles such as Technical Account Manager or equivalent.
Proven experience supporting enterprise or government customers with complex environments.
Deep expertise in virtualization, hybrid cloud, storage, networking, or related domains.

Responsabilités

Develop deep technical understanding of customer priorities, data center architecture, and IT initiatives.
Lead strategic operational reviews and health checks linking Nutanix recommendations to business outcomes.
Lead proactive lifecycle planning including upgrades, capacity planning, resilience, and platform standardization.
Identify and mitigate systemic operational and architectural risks with cross-functional action plans.
Lead or coordinate critical customer escalations with clear ownership and timely resolutions.
