You will partner with operations, engineering, and executives to align Nutanix recommendations with business outcomes, while managing escalations and ensuring successful deployments. This role requires hands-on expertise and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Must be a US Citizen, residing in the continental US.
• 8+ years in technical customer-facing roles, such as Technical Account Manager, Support Engineer, or Technical Customer Experience Manager.
• Proven experience supporting large enterprise, strategic, or government customers with complex environments.
• Deep expertise in virtualization, hybrid cloud, storage, networking, data protection, or distributed systems.
• Broad understanding of data-center infrastructure, including compute, storage, networking, disaster recovery, high availability, security, and enterprise workloads.
• Strong Nutanix platform expertise, including AOS and AHV.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep, technical understanding of the customer's business priorities, data center architecture, and IT initiatives to serve as a trusted advisor to operations, engineering, and executive stakeholders.
• Lead strategic operational reviews and comprehensive health checks that connect Nutanix recommendations to business outcomes, risk reduction, modernization, and operational efficiency.
• Lead proactive lifecycle planning, including software upgrades, capacity planning, resilience, and platform standardization.
• Identify systemic operational and architectural risks and establish cross-functional action plans to mitigate them.
• Lead or coordinate critical customer escalations, ensuring clear ownership, executive communication, and timely resolution.
